A Calm Place in the Living Reine Event
Alive Architecture and the KU Leuven, Faculty of Architecture, announce “A-Calm Place”, a day of placemaking activities to rediscover the green space behind the Maison des Arts and transforming it into a calm and meditative space. We would like to promote a positive use of this unknown green spaces by acknowledging the need of more tranquil environments among the busy life of a city.
This event is carried out as part of the A-Place project and takes part in the Living Reine event.
Programme:
14h - 17h: Cardboard furniture workshop guided by KUL 2nd year Architecture Master students- at Place de la Reine, Schaerbeek.
17h - 19h: Sensory walk across the neighborhood - starting at the Bubble, Place de la Reine, Schaerbeek.
19h - 20h30: Concert + food - in the garden of Maison des Arts, Schaerbeek.
