The La Salle School of Architecture is committed to promoting pedagogical innovation in the education of architecture and planning and to expanding the boundaries of the field, while training professionals capable of responding to the cultural, social and technological challenges of our time. Along these lines, the school has led international projects in pedagogical research (OIKODOMOS, OIKONET), interdisciplinary action-research projects to examine the relationships between people and the spaces they inhabit (PROHABIT) and community-embedded learning that involves students and citizens, architects and artists in the study of the built and lived environment (UMVA).
