Angel Martín Cojo

Barcelona (Spain)

Architect from the Polytechnic University of Madrid in 2006, finalising previous studies at the School of
Architecture of San Sebastian. Almost 20 years of professional experience as a practitioner in diverse
cities of Spain and U.K. Researcher, assistant professor and member of the research group ARC
Engineering and Architecture La Salle since 2006, working on diverse research lines such as participatory
design, right to the city and sustainable and standardizable housing systems. Obtained the Advanced
Studies Diploma (DEA) on 2010.
My current research and PHD, focuses on the interactions between people and the spaces they inhabit.
My aim is to contribute to creating interdisciplinary frameworks that combine architecture and urban
planning with social sciences.
